This is a custom Google map created by me in collaboration with my friend Liz Bell and is intended as guide for anyone who either lives in NSW and is looking for a location to shoot or interstate/international visitors who don't know the area well and would like a handy guide to choose a good location to shoot sunrise or sunset.

I have shot probably around 90% of these locations, the others are on my to do list. ;)

This map is by no means conclusive, there are many locations not listed, however this does cover the most popular spots and the ones easily accessed within the Sydney basin (important for international visitors).

 If you click on the small square icon on the right hand top corner it'll open the full map in Google maps. You are welcome to share this map with other photographers who may find it useful, I would simply ask for attribution and a link back here to this site.
